The Section advocates recommend and respond to initiatives concerning legislative change and procedural reforms on behalf of members.

A subscription to Australian Family Lawyer

Two editions are produced annually, by the Section for its members. Leaders in their fields are engaged to provide engaging, up-to-date, relevant information to assist members in their day-to-day practice.

FLS Case Updates

Compiled monthly and reviewed by the Section Executive, Case Update makes it easy for members to be on top of the need-to-know family law cases each month. This handy update is delivered directly to your inbox.
